Does Shed Roof Felt Contain Asbestos

Hi, did any old bitumen roofing felts used in residential pitched roofs contain asbestos. i had a look at the old felt we had removed and it's a black tar type felt with what looks like stands of hessian in a criss cross pattern and some sort of paper on the back.. Types of roofs that typically contain asbestos. all roofs built before the year 2000 may contain asbestos in their structure. this includes: garage roofs. shed roofs. asbestos cement roofs. corrugated cement roofs. roofing shingles. roof tiles. asphalt roofing. roofing felt.. Roof repairs involving asbestos-containing tar paper cause asbestos exposure to roofers. often used as an underlay in roofs, tar paper can melt into the wood substrate after years of heating and sunlight..

At one point the burning got a little out of hand and they burnt some roofing felt. i've noticed this has left behind clumps of fibres and i'm concerned they could be asbestos. i know asbestos was used in roofing felt in the past and i've no idea how old the shed was except that it was pretty old. i've attached a picture..
